Some time ago we saw a firat hardware synth from Arturia. Today we have it - Origin - with the keyboard included.
The new synthesizer is announced at Musikmesse 2007 expo in Frankfurt. The keyboard with the Origin module attached looks pretty good. 61 keys velocity and aftertouch sensitive, ribbon controller equipped control keyboard nicely fits the numerous knobs and joystick hosted by the module itself. The overall construction seems rigid, convenient for both work and transportation. Surely provided the housing is strong enough. The audio and other interfaces are placed on the back side of the keyboard so the module is lighter. The start of the selling is planned for December 2007. The price announced is - $2999-3499.
