New edition of the analog synthesizer Little Phatty from Moog Music is already at the NAMM Winter show 2007. Generally, there's not much difference between new Stage Edition and Little Phatty Tribute. It's the new software version and the calibration function. Company honestly says that after Tribute Edition came out in august, there was so much buzz about this synth, that they decided to continue it in a more -mass- way. Thus presenting the Stage Edition. A reminder - Phatty is the 100% analog signal path and controlled synth, which can be used as a universal MIDI controller. Autocalibration and auto-tuning help it to function properly as in the studio coolness, as under the hot stage lights. The other difference - Stage Edition has no use of wooden side panels - looks like plastic. The price for the new model is $1375. Description and specs: |
