Not so much time passed since new Prophet reincarnation called Prophet'08 came in. But Dave Smith already announced more "studio-oriented" version.
The rack version of Prophet'08 was shown at NAMM'2008. It's a tebletop module, the same Prophet, which lacks keyboard and two control wheels, in more compact enclosure. You can easily mount this thing in a rack with the supplied ears. The module will be avaliable in April. While we wait, let's listen to some official site demos and watch some video on keyboard version.
