Analog-modelling synthesizer from Clavia is avaliable in the stores. At the same time we got it’s final specifications and features list. Oh, and we also know the price!

To the features. Flash memory amount avaliable for samples equals 189 MB. That includes 180 for user samples! The analog synth emulation is based on two oscillators. First comes with Triangle, Square, Saw, 62 wavetables, 2-op FM and noise sound sources. Second in addition to Triangle, Square, Saw and FM is able to accept user samples. See full specs.

Taking into account two synth sections, frequency and phase modulation, effects section including overdrive, delay and 5 reverbs, realtime sound moprhing from many sources (from mod wheel to note velocity) we have to conclude - Clavia's made an interesting Lead-based VA/rompler and at first sight it looks promising. In addition Nord Wave includes all 68 instruments from Mellotron Mk I, Mk II, M300 and M400.

As for sound demos - no big change. Same as we mentioned here for the moment at the official Clavia website.

The price is significant,  as usual. 13.3 lbs and 49 aftertouch keys of Nord Wave cost  around $2700 in US online stores.
