The family of all-round MIDI-controllers, ReMOTE SL from Novation now includes two compact models.
The first interesting feature coming into eyes is that traditional Novation joystick is eliminated here. Instead we have classics. The 25- and 49-key versions of Remote SL Compact both use traditional modulation and pitch bend wheel. The other pleasant thing is the large 144-character LCD displaying up to 8 parameters at the time, derived from SL family. Also added are the eight drum pads, velocity sensitive. The keyboard is the Novation standard, semi-weighted with aftertouch.
